أثر التغير المناخي في الخصائص النوعية لمياه أهوار جنوبي العراق
Abstract
The research aims to analyze the indicators of climate change and their relation to the variation of the environmental characteristics of the climate in southern Iraq and ther relation to the variation of the environmental characteristics of the marshes in south of Iraq than compare them with the local and international environmental standards ,and to determine their suitability for human and animal use. It was found that there is variation in the recorded temperature in Basra and Dhi Qar, And the speed of wind for the previous years, as well as the different characteristics of the quality of water in the marshes of Basra and Dhi Qar of (pH) was differed in the samples of the waters of the Marshlands before and after drying was before drying in the waters of the marshes of Basra (4.3 mg /L) before drying in themarsles of Basra and (3.2 mg /L), in the marshes of Dhi Qar it is exceeded the permissible limits other drying where the values limits of (ph) were raised to (8.2mg /L) in marshes Basra and (7.4mg/L) in marshes of Dhi Qar and the ratio of dissolved oxygen was raised to (8.1mg /L) in Basra and (7.9 mg /L) in Dhi Qar so the water of marshes is not suitable for human use. Also the percentage of nitrates in the marsh of the marshes water where(190 mg /L) in Basra and(1.2 mg /L) in Dhi Qar before drying marshes water where it was raised to (3.12 mg /L) in Basra and(2.46 mg /L) in Dhi Qar after drying marshes water as we say the magnesium ratio was raised of the drying marsh water of(235mg/L) in Basra and(212 mg/L)in Dhi Qar while it way (213 mg / L) in Basra and(132 mg/L) in Dhi Qar before drying marshes water.
