Developing a scale of strategic architecture in service organizations

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a valid and reliable measurement tool for measuring the strategic architecture of service organizations. The sample of the study consisted of 52 managers working in the Health Department of Najaf. The validity of the establishment of the scale was examined through the analysis of the exploration factor, and according to the results of the analysis, the scale measures a structure of three factors. The internal consistency coefficient of Cronbach's alpha was evaluated and this value was determined (.88). The results show the validity and reliability that the strategic architecture scale can be used as a valid and reliable measurement tool for studies
